At Love Libby, every piece is handcrafted to order in our Queensland studio. We take pride in ensuring your couture earrings arrive safely, beautifully packaged, and on time — whether you’re in Australia or across the globe.
1. Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Earrings: Dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment being received.

Custom & Couture Orders: Please allow 2–6 weeks for creation, depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll confirm an estimated delivery date before payment is finalised.

Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Express Post, with shipping calculated at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping 1–3 business days

3. International Shipping
We ship globally via Australia Post International and DHL Express for a premium, reliable service. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.

4. Packaging

All orders are packaged in Love Libby’s signature gift box, wrapped securely to ensure your earrings arrive in perfect condition.

For international orders, additional protective materials are used to safeguard against long transit times.
5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s journey.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service first, then reach out to us at.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

While rare, postal delays and lost parcels can occur.

For domestic and express services, Love Libby will assist with lodge-and-trace requests through the carrier.

For international orders, please be aware that delays due to customs or border security are outside our control.
7. Pre-Orders

Occasionally, we may offer pre-order designs. In these cases, estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page. Your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship, unless otherwise arranged.
