These terms are designed to protect both you as our valued client and Love Libby as the creator of bespoke, handcrafted couture earrings.

  • Love Libby is an Australian-owned business specialising in bespoke and limited-edition polymer clay earrings.

  • Our products are handcrafted in our Queensland studio. Due to the handmade nature of our designs, slight variations in shape, colour, and finish may occur—these are not flaws but part of the uniqueness of your piece.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • For custom couture orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work commences, with the balance due prior to dispatch.

  • Custom designs are created in close consultation with you. We will provide sketches, colour samples, or reference images as agreed.

  • Any changes to the agreed design after production has commenced may incur additional charges.

  • As these items are made to your specifications, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping times within Australia are typically 3–7 business days; international delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or misdescribed.
